David B. Rosenberg

David B. Rosenberg has been practicing law for fifteen years and has experience in all manners of commercial litigation and aviation finance. David represents numerous clients in the construction industry and has successfully prosecuted and defended a wide range of claims and defenses involving material suppliers, subcontractors and contractors on public and private construction projects, and also advises clients on the best way to protect their interests prior to litigation.

David also represents aviation clients in the negotiation of aviation leasing and financing transactions and has represented clients in numerous aviation litigations in both federal and state courts in New York.  David relies on his combination of both transactional and litigation experience to provide his clients with well rounded advice and analysis of their aviation leasing and finance issues, whether in negotiating a new transaction, resolving disputes through negotiated settlements, or representing clients involved in litigation.

David obtained his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan in 1991 and his law degree from Benjamin M. Cardozo Law School in 1994.  David is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts, the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
